"This is a great Insurance Agency. The staff is second to none. I was so sad years ago when my children got so many points on their license being new drivers that State Farm dropped me. Having to deal with the other companies was a pain in the tush. It is such a pleasure to be back with this office. They are friendly, trustworthy, honest, and professional. Benja helped me 12 to 15 years ago with my car insurance. She still works there. To have an employee stick around that long shows it's not a good agency, it's a great agency. 10 stars out of five."

"I have always found the folks at this State Farm to be helpful. Maddie is another great member of the team. I called with some questions about my policy and she was extremely helpful. If she didn’t have an answer she found someone in the office to provide the info and then got back to me. After I completed my transaction, I had an email confirming all we had done. Really helpful and came across as sincerely interested in helping me."

"I have had to amend my review…with difficulty…as I truly thought the world of this establishment at one time…absolutely, no longer. There has been a consistent trend of questions and concerns not being addressed or answered, there are numerous phone calls that have not been returned, and a general attitude of nonchalance on the part of whoever decides to answer the phone…this is the case with both State Farm and this particular office. I understand that customer service is not a priority these days, but with an increase of 20-30 percent in insurance costs…Every month for the last 6 months…I think it is absolutely appropriate for me to expect not to be hung up on…4 times!!!…after being on hold for an average of 20 minutes for each call…and then to be told that your receptionist was not able to listen to my many messages pleading for a call back…after having had 3.5 hours to play back and listen to the answering machine??!!! We have been with this State Farm agency for almost 30 years and overlooked so many slights and shuffling to the next person…there is no point in having a local agent that could care less about your experience with them…especially if you are paying exponentially more to be treated exponentially worse. So extremely disappointed with these individuals and this particular agency…there is absolutely NO benefit to staying with them…no customer loyalty for a very long time…not even civility….shame on you. I want to amend my review and state that the customer service has only become worse…to the state that we have moved all of our policies…4 vehicles and our homeowner’s policy, as well. The rudeness, lack of assistance, and derogatory behavior is beyond reprehensible….we shifted everything to another State Farm representative who actually answers the phone and responds back to their customers in a timely manner. This is a disgusting way to treat people who have been loyal customers for almost 30 years! As I read all the 5 star reviews 🤦🏻‍♀️, I have to agree that Juan is a fabulous and competent individual…we worked with him prior to his employment with Tish Oleksy…as for all the other compliments, wait until you need them to help you with an actual claim…you will see their true colors then! Although, I wish no more difficulties for people…this State Farm office will not be there for you…"
