Top notch "customer service;" so rare these days. Randy Olding reached out to me as I was searching online for less expensive auto insurance. He was very patient; answered ALL my questions. I recently moved to Central Florida after living many years in Sarasota, so it was "time for a change." Glad to have a company more local. Also have spoken to "Maddy" several times, and she is also very helpful, respectful and sweet. These days, customer service is SO RARE that I "take notice" when it's still done right. Everyone I have spoken to for coverage has been fantastc. I am a stickler for good customer service, and it's top notch at this particular State Farm Office.
